Wolo Wellness Programme
The Wolo Wellbeing Programme is a 6-week transformational journey designed to help you connect with your body, clear your mind, and embrace your best life every day!
We experience life through our bodies—every moment, every challenge, and every joy. Even in the hardest times, we have the power to choose calm, ease, and focus.
We Only Live Once.
To truly live our best lives and support those who need us, we must embrace each moment fully—feeling, thinking, and acting with intention.
We may not always have control over our circumstances, but by cultivating calm, we can lessen the impact of challenges and reduce our suffering.
The Wolo Wellbeing Programme is a 6-week programe and is designed to help you cultivate a deep sense of calm, creating a strong foundation for a healthy mind and body. Through experience, connection, and release, you’ll let go of what no longer serves you and make space for what truly supports your well-being.
Throughout the 6-week programme, we will explore and integrate the following:
Mindset and perspective shifts for greater clarity and resilience
Movement to regulate stress, boost energy, and build confidence
Breathwork to cultivate focus, calm, and inner balance
Awareness building to support authentic action and intentional living
Embodied Life Visioning—shaping the life you truly want through deep connection with mind and body
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and create a sense of ease and empowerment
Structured, reflective practices to reinforce growth and transformation
Experiential Learning
Week 1 Day 1-3
A transformative three-day experience focused on connection, intention, breath, movement, meditation, ice baths, and life visioning. Movement practices include Yin Yoga, a deeply restorative practice that enhances flexibility, releases tension, and promotes relaxation. This phase also introduces Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), helping to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and cultivate balance.

ReConnect & Reflect
Week 6 – Final Session (4 hours)
Pause and reflect on your journey: What has changed? Where do you go from here? Breathe, move, reflect, and commit to your next steps.
““I feel extremely lucky and grateful to have been able to experience this wellbeing residential. I have come home feeling really calm and like I have furthered my self discovery journey. Having time, silence and techniques to be with my body and mind in a calm safe way has opened up my world to some healing and living in the present rather then fearing the threat of reoccurrence of cancer in the future. Thank you WOLO.’””
The days will be spent together, connecting with new friends and learning the simple breathwork, movement, meditation and ‘self-coaching’ techniques that bring about a state of calm and optimised focus, immune response, energy and determination.

Wolo foundation
Sam’s experiences over the last few years has helped her gain a real understanding on how to support and be supported.
Having had Cancer myself in 2019, she decided that at that time that life was to short to work day in day out and not feel whole and complete, so she took the plunge and cut my hours as an accountant, and started on this journey with Wolo setting up the Wellness program, it has been one of fulfilment and she very much look forward to developing the program further, learning along the way, helping others find peace within and the ability to live life to the full with tools to guide them through all walks of life, recently qualified as a yoga instructor and looking forward to bringing this to the program
Then in the comfort of your own home, you will be guided through 6 weeks of practice online. This will give you the opportunity to build the habits that will embed the practice into your daily life, setting up each day to be the best it can be.
“‘Benefitted in so many ways. Through connection with others, story sharing, idea sharing. Great tools learnt and the ability to let go of some trauma. Also super nice to be so well looked after in a beautiful place with beautiful food and kind people.’”
“
I feel so relaxed and peaceful. The retreat gave me the tools to deal with stress and quieten my mind.’””
“It was more than I could ever imagine. I was supported, loved, challenged, heard, held and invigorated. Space was created to look at my needs and wants and reassess my life and I will be forever grateful for that. Thank you beyond words. This has changed my life. I would suggest it to literally anyone. The support from my peers was exceptional but the leaders were out of this world.”
