Mizuno Endure24 at Henley on Thames

Today is the day that Darren Evans is running the Mizuno Endure24 at Henley on Thames. He will be running as many of the 5 mile circuit laps as he can in 24 hours.

The target is to try and run 20 laps and get 100 miles completed within the 24 hours.
