Team Wolo at thr Seaford Parkrun

@a_running_yogi_ A wet and windy seaford Parkrun yesterday with the chums. Slow and gentle with a coffee afterwards. I met some amazing dogs and also a lovely fella called Justin. Justin runs a charity called @wolofoundation supporting families through difficult times. He told us some bits about his work so far and some stuff on the pipeline. The world needs more people like Justin (and his doggo with the bestest underbite you ever did see) @ Seaford, East Sussex
