Come and experience the transformative power of the Wim Hof Method. Immerse yourself in a unique experience that combines ice baths, breath work, yoga and sauna sessions.
Marcos will welcome you, and guide you through the process step by step, making sure you are comfortable all the way, and you experience as much or as little as you want.
Sam will take you through a restorative, gentle yoga session to help release the tension of the day and allow you to fully submerse yourself into the ice and breathe.
If you simply want to come along just to watch and see if this is something you might want to participate in, in the future, but are not quite ready yet, you are more than welcome, there are no expectations here, only invitations. This experience is for everyone that is curious without having to make the commitment.
Bring along a packed lunch, your swimmers, a yoga Mat if you have one, and something warm to change into and enjoy some relaxation, connection, education on cold water therapy, benefits of heat and breath work.
