Over to the McCabes this time, who will be hosting our next WOLO Online Cook-Along! They’ll be guiding us through a deliciously creamy shrimp pasta—think silky sauce, garlic, a hint of white wine( Optional ), parmesan, herbs, and a little warmth from paprika and chilli. It’s comforting, flavour-packed, and perfect for a cosy evening in.

A Refreshing Walk from East Dean to Birling Gap: Enjoy Stunning Coastal Views and a Relaxing Cuppa
The walk will be around 4 - 5 miles, about 2 hours of walking time, bring the kids, dogs and whoever you think would enjoy the fresh air, nature benefits all.
After our walk we can go and have a well-earned cuppa and of course a piece of what you fancy 😁.

This annual family-friendly event gives you the opportunity to meet with other families and children who have been through similar experiences. Close friends/family welcome (we like to call them cheer teams!). Donations can be made on the day if friends/family would like to contribute. The event is free for Wolo Families. They have an action-packed entertainment programme alongside six brilliant races to keep all children (who come for free when accompanied by an adult) busy.
