Zoom talk with Sarah Palmer - The power of Journaling

Come and join me where I will take you through how powerful journalling can be with an included 10-page guide with journaling tips, reflections and journaling prompts to help you build resilience in the face of present or upcoming challenges.

Through reflection, learn how you can adopt a more resilient approach that will leave you feeling more positive, grateful, more supported and with more options when facing challenges.

Who am I and what are my values -

Connection. Truth. Beauty. Seeking the lessons through Experience & Health.

I love to adventure; you’ll find me often lost in nature with my daughter Millie and Husband Ant and two doggies.

I love to read, and listen to podcasts probably too many self-development topics, I love writing and fill notebooks or the notes section on my phone with words. Writing brings me so much joy even more so now I understand and have seen first hand the benefits of journalling, mind mapping and expressing yourself on paper. Being the observer of your own life brings a wealth of power and connection.

I love expanding my life with new hobbies and experiences, spending time helping charities and bringing in new adventures like wild swimming, ice baths, learning and creating my own healthy fermented foods and growing my own vegetables. (Although tomatoes and cucumbers have been my only real success here ;-)

I move my body every day and if like me and you have a busy family life I’ve found 5 minutes on the rebounder bouncing really helps kick start your day! It really doesn’t take much!

I believe that life can be filled with joy and that mindfulness and self-compassion can change the world.

I believe everyone can grow the confidence, self-esteem and intuition to live a truly authentic life and be who they truly are.

My intention is to help you reconnect with your own needs, your self-esteem, your self-compassion so you can live the joyful, confident, authentic life you deserve.

Having lived a life where I forced and shaped myself to fit everybody else’s expectations, I had forgotten myself. What felt like the safer option led me further away from understanding my own needs and it took my self-esteem with it.

I understand how exhausting, draining, overwhelming it is to never feel enough or to wonder through life thinking and feeling every single dreaded “what if” I understand how it can feel to not quite fit into your own life any more and feel that through life itself, learning and leaning into my own vulnerability acting on my vision / action board being truthful with my journal I am living a life that is authentic to me and choosing always to be the person that I intend to be.
