CBT for Managing Menopausal Symptoms This 6-week online group course uses evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support women in managing menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety and sleep disturbance. The course explores the links between physical symptoms, thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and offers practical tools including relaxation, paced breathing, stress management, identifying triggers and setting personal goals. Delivered through weekly 2-hour group sessions, the course provides a safe and supportive space to share experiences and learn from others. The programme is led by Ellen Baldwin, an Accredited Counsellor, cancer survivor in medical menopause, and is trained by the British Menopause Society.
