Service Description

I developed the TRYBE Method because it is simple, easy to practice and yields immediate and ongoing benefits. Suitable for beginners and “seasoned” yogis, TRYBE Method brings together basic Hatha Yoga, Neurophysiological attenuation and Neurogenic Tremor activation with Focussed Breathwork Exercises. In other words, we get our hands back on the levers of our system that balance stress and tension in BodyMind... "Why?" you ask... Throughout life we experience challenging situations, resulting in an ebb and flow of tension in our bodies, in our minds and our social interactions. Too often, we build up more tension than we know or know how to, release. TRYBE, standing for Tension ReBalancing, Yoga, and Breathwork Exercises, enables reconnection of body and mind, balancing necessary tension, releasing what’s unneeded, and enhancing what benefits us. This 75-minute TRYBE Method class is ideal for beginners or those seeking to add a different dimension to their yoga practice. Expect a straightforward, effective class that leaves you feeling grounded, yet lighter and centred. With time in the end reserved for reflection and integration, this class offers a distinctive approach to connecting with your body and mind. Considering the profound effects yoga and breathwork can have on both the mind and body, I gently encourage anyone interested in the TRYBE Method to consider their own health and wellness readiness. If you have any doubts, a friendly conversation with your healthcare provider could be a great step to ensure that these practices contribute positively and safely to your personal well-being journey. Considering the effects yoga and breathwork can have on the mind and body, I encourage anyone interested in the TRYBE Method to be confident in their fitness to participate. Most can, but talk to your health care provider if needed. Important to note: As with anything of this nature, by signing up to participate in the TRYBE classes, you agree that you are fit to do so and will work within your ability.
