Join us for a 1-hour session every Thursday from 12.30 pm til 1.30 pm at Whitt-Fitt gym in Seaford.
Steve Whittemore the owner of Whitt-fit Training has kindly offered his services to WOLO giving us a free session of training each week, The session will include a mixture of upper body and lower body strength exercises, core stability work and cardiovascular training. The session will suit all levels of fitness and will be adapted to suit any limitations anyone has. Attendees are welcome to do as much or as little as they want.
