Wolo Wellness Sea Swim Sauna every Wednesday 16:00- 16:30 (sauna) followed by a swim.  

Wolo have x8 spaces at the Nomadic Sauna this Wednesday.

Please message Sam@wolofoundation.org if you fancy joining us and a dip in the sea and sauna.  - Time spent simply sitting, talking, and connecting with friends + family, sharing an experience with no distractions increases your endorphins, and benefits your overall mood and emotional health.  - The hot and cold  has a way of triggering lymphatic circulation. This allows for body waste to be eliminated and for a “flushing” process to have a detoxifying effect on the body.  - Heat has proven to positively impact your mitochondria (the batteries that power your cells) helping your body naturally produce more energy. This can help you to stay fit and can also help to slow down the ageing process!  - Exposure to heat stimulates the body’s natural immune system and can help detoxify and excrete toxins. It has also shown to increase metabolism, helping with weight loss
