Wolo Zoom Talk with Karen Hoad from Becoming Aware

We’re delighted to welcome Karen Hoad from Becoming Aware to an upcoming WOLO Zoom chat. Karen works in therapy and is passionate about helping people move forward with clarity, confidence, and calm.

During the session, Karen will share more about the work she does, what drew her to EFT therapy, and why she truly loves supporting others in this way. She’ll also explore the importance of Emotional wellbeing and self-care, and why looking after yourself is not a luxury, but a vital part of living well — especially during challenging times.

It also shares top tips for emotional balance, encouraging healthy emotional awareness, practical lifestyle changes, and supportive strategies to help individuals manage emotions more effectively, build resilience, and improve overall wellbeing.
