 Great morning in the sun☀️ your welcome to join us next week.  We to encourage those living with and beyond cancer, families, friends to walk, jog, run, cheer your way every Wednesday supported by Team Wolo and Darren Evans.  We will help you to find your way to move against cancer and improve your wellbeing and overall fitness and live a fruitful healthy life as best as possible.  No pressure. All we ask of you is to turn up in your trainers with a smile.
